Each ADR Professional is also listed on at least one other distinguished panel of an established
institutional provider, such as the American Arbitration Association (AAA), CPR, ICC, WIPO, NASD, MSRB, etc.
Parties have the opportunity to select their own Neutral - an arbitrator or mediator. They,
the parties, choose from AIMAC's list of trained and qualified ADR professionals.
The AIMAC Center maintains lists of arbitrators and mediators, including comprehensive
details of their qualifications and experience which we make available to the parties.
ADR Professionals associated wih the Center represent a wide variety of specializations
in all fields of domestic and international law.
* Parties have autonomy in choosing the applicable procedure and rules for the proceedings.
* Self-administered or Ad hoc proceedings are open to any person or entity, regardless of nationality or domicile
-- proceedings may be held anywhere in the world, in any language, under any law and pursuant to any
rules chosen by the parties.
Neutrals associated with the AIMAC Center represent years of experience with Fortune 500 companies,
with small companies, with start-ups and with individuals; but the
AIMAC Center's primary objective is confidentiality of the parties who use its services. As a
result, it will not trade on its clients' reputations.
The AIMAC Center is not "on retainer" to any company and is intentionally without association to
a retainer or established client base.
